Shipping and Returns

Processing and shipping:

Ready to Ship orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders will ship out on the given date (varies item to item).

After that, orders to the US will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders are always shipped as soon as possible because we know how important it is that you receive your item quickly.

Pitty Intense Vinyl has tracking information available for every package that is shipped. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, Pitty Intense Vinyl does wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) before beginning an investigation with USPS. If the package is deemed lost by USPS itself, replacement items will be issued.

*Please Note: Pitty Intense Vinyl IS NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier. Once items are transferred to USPS and a tracking number is available it is then the carrier’s responsibility to deliver the package. Once we have handed the package off, delivery time is no longer in our hands.

If the order is returned to Pitty Intense Vinyl and marked as “incorrect address” by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. You must provide an updated and (correct) mailing address prior to reshipment.

Pitty Intense Vinyl is not liable for packages lost or stolen once USPS has deemed them delivered to your address.

 

Refund policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are returning a shirt due to sizing, you will not get a refund. You can exchange your shirt for another size or we can issue you store credit, for the price of the item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds:

Authorized returns MUST be shipped within 7 days from approval date to our shipping address. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Unless the seller is at fault the cost of shipping the items back to Pitty Intense Vinyl is the buyer’s responsibility and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no shipping fees will be refunded).

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pittyintensevinyl@gmail.com and send your item to: 3923 NE Chaumiere Rd Kansas City Mo 64117, United States.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
